The Role
We are an early-stage startup seeking an innovative and resourceful Talent Sourcer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will help shape our recruitment efforts across various functions, including technical and non-technical positions such as AI research and go-to-market strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruiting journey who is eager to learn, enjoys the thrill of searching for talent, and seeks to gain insight into the broader People & Talent landscape.
Please note: This is a part-time (20 hours/week) contract with an immediate start date and the potential for extension.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage high-quality candidates across diverse roles, including engineers, researchers, operations, and marketing, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML talent.
Develop and nurture talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, community groups, and innovative outreach methods.
Compose engaging and personalized outreach messages that resonate with candidates and prompt genuine responses.
Maintain meticulous tracking of candidate activities within our ATS to ensure organized and up-to-date pipelines.
Qualifications
Approximately 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, whether from an agency, in-house, or RPO environment.
Demonstrated ability to source candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.
Strong proficiency in Boolean search techniques and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby.
A creative and resilient mindset: you are persistent even when the search becomes challenging.
Exceptional written communication skills that lead to meaningful replies in outreach efforts.
