About the Team
Our dynamic and agile performance creative team is dedicated to supporting both Harry’s and Flamingo at the crossroads of growth, data analysis, and compelling storytelling. We transform data insights into impactful advertising creative that scales efficiently. Our core team consists of a Creative Director, Senior Creative Producer, and Senior Designer, and we are excited to welcome a Creative Strategist who will spearhead the crucial data → insight → brief pipeline. We prioritize clarity, rapid learning, and persona-driven experimentation. This role serves as the team's messaging brain, expertly translating trends and performance metrics into precise briefs, actionable feedback, and sustainable successes.
About the Role
In this strategy-first (80/20) Creative Strategist position, you will excel in creative strategy, audience segmentation, data synthesis, and direct-response copywriting. You will convert Customer Insights and CX inputs into tailored messaging, customer journeys, and testable hypotheses for platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, and CTV. Your responsibilities will include developing messaging frameworks (hooks, angles, claims, CTAs) and crafting compelling narratives to enhance engagement.
