Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a proactive and innovative Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our social media strategy, responsible for crafting engaging content, scheduling posts, and fostering relationships within our online community. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our marketing team to refine our content strategy and boost engagement levels significantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, curate, and schedule captivating social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Utilize Canva to design visually captivating posts that maintain brand consistency and drive engagement.
- Work alongside the marketing team to amplify video content production and multimedia posts for enhanced audience interaction.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Edit and optimize various content formats (text, graphics, videos) using Canva and other design tools.
- Oversee the posting schedule to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and algorithms, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
- Conduct social media audits to evaluate strategy effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social media management role.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficient in using Canva for creating posts, graphics, and other design elements.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or SocialPilot.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging posts.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for social media trends and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with basic analytics tools to track social media performance (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
