Job Overview
KAYALI is in search of a talented Packaging Designer to enhance our team. This role emphasizes the creation of visual graphics that breathe life into our packaging sets and merchandise items. You will be responsible for designing artwork for seasonal gift sets, stickers, tote bags, and branded giveaways, ensuring that all designs resonate with our brand identity. The ideal candidate is a creative graphic designer with a strong brand sensibility, capable of transforming our brand DNA into compelling visuals across various formats. You will work closely with the Product Development and Merchandising teams to guarantee that every design detail accurately reflects our brand’s essence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop graphic artwork for packaging sets and gift kits, ensuring designs meet the project brief and adhere to brand guidelines while translating these concepts onto technical dielines.
- Collaborate with merchandise and packaging teams to design graphics for merchandise items including stickers, pouches, tote bags, apparel, and event giveaways.
- Produce high-quality renders and mockups to visualize packaging and merchandise concepts for internal reviews, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Partner with suppliers and printers to ensure accurate design execution across various materials and printing techniques.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in packaging design, materials, finishes, and sustainability to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
