About This Role
We are seeking a Creative Operations Producer to transform innovative concepts into dynamic and high-quality organic social media content. You will spearhead our inaugural TikTok creator program, crafting creative briefs, sourcing and onboarding creators, and overseeing production to ensure timely and quality content delivery. Your role will facilitate seamless collaboration between creators and our internal teams, ensuring that feedback and learning cycles are efficient and effective.
Your Responsibilities
Create clear and engaging briefs that align with our brand vision and platform strategies.
Establish and nurture relationships with creators, managing the sourcing, onboarding, and delivery processes.
Manage production schedules to ensure a consistent flow of content and timely postings.
Implement strict quality control measures across all creative outputs to maintain brand integrity.
Design feedback mechanisms and creative review processes to capture insights and drive ongoing enhancements.
Collaborate with marketing analytics to develop a high-performing organic social strategy that enhances overall marketing effectiveness.
