Join Buyers Edge Platform as an innovative and strategic Internal Communications Manager within our Executive Strategy Team, where you will be pivotal in shaping the company’s internal communication landscape.
This position is ideally based in our Lake Worth, FL, Boston, MA, or Chicago, IL offices, but we welcome remote applications. This role will require occasional travel. Please note that we are unable to provide work sponsorship for this position.

Your Responsibilities:
Company-wide Communications:
- Design and implement a cross-functional communications strategy that aligns with key company goals and harmonizes Executive, People, and Marketing messaging.
- Create impactful communication materials that resonate with BEP’s priorities and culture, utilizing existing internal platforms, such as Brandland (our intranet), external social media, and employee branding sites.
- Harness the power of video to enhance communication across our diverse and multi-faceted organization.
- Craft engaging messaging for quarterly CEO-led employee Town Hall meetings and other executive communications platforms.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure that communications are timely, transparent, consistent, and relevant for our distributed workforce.
- Oversee and enhance our internal intranet platform (Brandland), applying best practices in user experience and content design.
- Curate and organize essential resources including directories, SOPs, marketing materials, recognition programs, and ERG content.
