At NIPG FZ LLC, we are on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to elevate our brand presence across various platforms including social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. As a vital member of our dynamic Design team, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Brand Design and various departments to produce high-quality, visually engaging content that embodies the essence of NIP.
This hands-on creative position requires a designer with a solid foundation in design principles, an acute attention to detail, and a keen understanding of digital culture. You must be able to work swiftly without sacrificing quality.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will handle the day-to-day design demands of the business, creating assets for diverse formats and platforms. Your role will encompass everything from social media content and promotional visuals to brand materials and event graphics, ensuring that all outputs are consistent, polished, and aligned with our brand.
You will thrive in a collaborative design environment where rapid idea generation is encouraged, expectations are set high, and creativity is paired with execution. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Design, your contributions will help shape NIP's visual identity across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, events, presentations, and internal communications.
Collaborate with the Head of Brand Design to ensure all design work adheres to NIP’s visual identity, standards, and creative direction.
Adapt key visuals into various formats and sizes suitable for different platforms and channels.
Assist the social and marketing teams with quick-turnaround creative requests and ongoing design needs.
Design campaign assets, launch visuals, promotional graphics, and templates.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of brand templates, visual systems, and design guidelines.
Work in collaboration with the Production Lead, Social Content Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure that creative outputs are cohesive and impactful.
