Role Responsibilities
As a Flexi Credo Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Credo team to cultivate trusting relationships with students, enhancing their quality of life through ceramics and creative arts. Your work will help promote independence, confidence, and overall well-being. You will assist individuals with varying physical and mental health needs, providing practical support to ensure full engagement in group activities.
Key responsibilities include listening to students' aspirations, involving them in planning their ceramic projects, and tracking progress through personalized learning plans reviewed regularly. This role is embedded within a framework of recovery and well-being.
Occasionally, you may lead ceramic workshops in the absence of the Coordinator, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Main Duties**
Your duties as a Flexi Credo Assistant will include:
- Facilitating workshop learning activities with students
- Collaborating on objectives outlined in students' learning plans
- Utilizing administrative systems for record-keeping, housekeeping, and stock management
- Participating in staff and project meetings as needed
- Reporting safety concerns in compliance with Health & Safety protocols
- Maintaining professionalism and a positive environment for all participants.
