The CPC Processor I in Customer Support plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of information requests from both internal and external customers while maintaining a professional standard.
This is a fully remote call center position.
Full-Time: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Comfort in a high-volume production environment is essential.
Responsible for processing medical record requests through phone interactions with patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, providing updates on medical record statuses.
Efficiently document information across multiple platforms using dual computer monitors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is required.
