Position Overview:
The Court Support Lead at ABC Legal Services is an essential entry-level management position that directs individuals or teams engaged in critical projects. This role involves ensuring team members comprehend and achieve their objectives while overseeing daily operations, managing employee scheduling and timecards, offering constructive feedback, training staff, conducting performance reviews, and acting as a liaison between team members and upper management. Additionally, the Lead may contribute to recruitment efforts and advise on disciplinary matters when necessary.
