Your expertise will ensure financial integrity and support our College functional staff in achieving optimal financial tracking and cost performance.
- Conduct detailed cost variance analyses to identify trends, mitigate potential budget impacts, and uphold the overall project budget integrity.
- Oversee and review monthly cost and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for their effects on project budgets and timelines.
- Validate financial sections of proposed Board Actions for precision and correctness.
- Ensure compliance in invoice reviews and proper cost coding aligned with encumbrances.
- Collaborate with various technical discipline leads to communicate any budget-related issues or conflicts.
- Facilitate the implementation of District policies and procedures regarding cost management across capital projects with multiple funding sources.
- Act as the central point of contact for financial inquiries from assigned College(s) and provide necessary interface support.
- Travel to offsite project locations as required.
- Present data in an organized manner to management, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
- Adapt to evolving requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
