This program is tailored for recent graduates with under two years of experience, aiming to enhance your professional skills and provide valuable exposure to our specialized services, setting you on the path to becoming a successful consultant upon completion.
Spanning approximately two years, the program focuses on achieving various competencies in core services.
Your role as a Cost Management Analyst will involve delivering exceptional cost management services on diverse capital projects. You will engage in capital planning, cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, change management, and reporting, all designed to help clients maximize their investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Estimation & Validation: Assist in developing detailed project estimates, including construction costs, fees, and other related expenses. Collaborate with vendors to review and validate cost inputs while using benchmark data to ensure estimate accuracy.
- Capital Planning Support: Provide valuable insights to clients on capital planning for large-scale portfolios, optimizing investment decisions and long-term financial strategies.
- Procurement Strategy & Vendor Management: Support vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and selection processes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Cost Reporting & Forecasting: Establish and manage cost reporting schedules, presenting transparent and accurate forecasts to clients while maintaining a commercial risk register.
- Cost Control & Change Management: Evaluate payment applications, assess contractor entitlements, and review change order requests.
