About the Position
Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Finance Manager, where you will spearhead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for our esteemed clients. This fully remote role allows you to manage FP&A processes, perform investment analyses, oversee treasury functions, and deliver executive-level reporting while equipping leadership with actionable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across various departments
• Develop sophisticated financial models for valuation, ROI assessments, and investment strategies
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and liquidity assessments
• Compile and present monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and board presentations
• Execute variance analyses and provide comprehensive commentary on financial performance
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and product teams to shape financial strategies
• Mentor and guide financial analysts and junior team members
• Assist in M&A activities, due diligence, and managing investor relations
• Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards and maintain robust internal controls
• Supervise debt covenants and liaise with banking partners
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking
• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting practices
• Excellent presentation capabilities and experience in executive-level communication
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• CFA, CPA, or MBA designation preferred
• Experience with M&A transactions and capital raising is advantageous
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is preferred
• Previous experience in the SaaS or professional services industry is a plus
