The Role: Cook C
The position of Cook C is a vital entry-level role within our kitchen team. This opportunity offers hands-on experience and exposure to various kitchen operations, allowing individuals to hone their cooking skills, understand food safety protocols, and gain insights into the workings of a professional kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
Ingredient Preparation
· Cleaning and cutting raw materials, including vegetables, meats, and fish, ensuring all components for dishes are prepped correctly.
· Adhering strictly to hygiene and food safety standards during preparation and storage to prevent cross-contamination.
Assisting in Dish Preparation
· Supporting chefs and the head chef in the preparation of dishes, working closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary creations.
