Role Overview
The Conversion Rate Optimization Expert will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients’ websites through data-informed strategies that enhance conversion rates.
This position involves analyzing user behavior, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to boost overall site performance. You will work collaboratively with copywriters, designers, developers, and other team members.
Your key responsibilities will include crafting tailored CRO strategies for clients, conducting comprehensive website audits, executing A/B and multivariate tests to validate improvement hypotheses, and coordinating with internal teams to implement, track, and refine optimization efforts.

Your primary objective as a Conversion Rate Optimization Expert is to deliver measurable enhancements in our clients’ e-commerce site performance through customized CRO strategies. This entails optimizing brand websites and utilizing data-driven insights to improve user experiences, maximize conversion rates, and foster tangible business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Conversion Rate Optimization Expert include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and executing customized, data-driven backend CRO strategies to improve website performance and boost conversion rates for clients.
- Conducting thorough audits of client websites to pinpoint improvement areas.
- Utilizing analytical CRO tools, user feedback, heatmaps, and session recordings to analyze user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
- Creating, executing, and overseeing A/B and multivariate tests to validate CRO hypotheses and assess the impact of implemented changes.
- Enhancing landing and product pages, checkout processes, and overall website architecture.
- Working closely with copywriters, designers, and developers to implement best practices for user experience.
