As a Contracts Administrator at Biffa, you will take charge of both new and ongoing contract mobilisations. Your role will involve ensuring that all aspects are executed timely, accurately, and in accordance with high standards. You will coordinate essential data, contracts, and purchase orders while collaborating closely with Business Development and Account Managers to successfully onboard significant new business contracts worth up to £9M.

Working Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm - Hybrid Working Model

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project management for mobilising new business contracts (up to £9M), ensuring adherence to ISO standards, timely completion of forms, compliance with deadlines, and accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all auditable procedures, including checklists, within required timelines.
- Identify and coordinate service solutions by collaborating with Supply Chain to source profitable subcontracted services when direct delivery isn't feasible.
- Import, manage, and validate data, including transferring information from Excel into internal systems.
- Establish and maintain contracts and purchase orders, making amendments and updates as necessary.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure that customer requirements are thoroughly understood and met during the mobilisation process.
- Communicate effectively with customers at both Head Office and site levels to facilitate a smooth mobilisation process.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, ensuring that shared folders and mobilisation schedules (including revenue details) are accurate and current.
Essential Qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
