We are currently seeking a Contractor Support to Analytics Specialist for the Capability Lifecycle (Engineering) to contribute to an upcoming NATO ACT program based in Norfolk, VA. This role offers a unique chance to join an international team renowned for delivering innovative information systems and technology solutions, outsourcing services, and application development to both governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Working Location: Onsite in Norfolk, VA.
Employment Type: 1099, B2B Contract.
Compensation: $48-$80 per hour USD.
Language: High proficiency in English is required.
Security Clearance: NATO Secret clearance is necessary.
DUTIES/ROLE:
- Conduct requirements analytics and engineering insights by designing, developing, and maintaining analytic products that offer visibility into requirements definition, maturity, completeness, and alignment across the capability lifecycle.
- Provide support for requirements capture and decomposition by analyzing, breaking down, and structuring complex system and capability requirements to facilitate effective analytics, traceability, and decision-making.
- Perform requirements traceability and linkage analysis by developing analytics and reports that assess the traceability between requirements, architectures, capabilities, verification artifacts, and delivery outcomes across engineering repositories.
- Integrate engineering data and requirements from various authoritative sources to enable unified analysis, reporting, and cross-domain insights.
- Support configuration and change management analytics by tracking requirement baselines, version history, change impacts, and configuration status.
- Define, calculate, and maintain engineering performance metrics that measure requirements quality, engineering progress, technical risk, and delivery readiness.
- Develop and customize business intelligence tools focused on engineering, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate engineering status, risks, and trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
