As an Experience Specialist, you will be a crucial member of our operations team, dedicated to delivering a positive and seamless experience for our customers and supported employees. You will directly interact with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
This position necessitates high empathy, strong problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail, while also requiring effective collaboration with internal teams to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Your Impactful Contributions
Customer Engagement:
Act as the primary contact for customers and supported employees, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
Deliver accurate information regarding our services, processes, and solutions, ensuring that all interactions reflect our customer-first philosophy.
Efficiently resolve customer challenges, escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams as necessary while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
Customer Satisfaction:
Track and uphold customer satisfaction metrics, proactively striving to maintain or enhance scores through exemplary service and effective issue resolution.
Continuously pursue enhancements in the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and proposing initiatives.
