We are currently seeking a Contract UX Researcher to join our innovative team on a project basis. In this role, you will significantly impact the user experience of products for some of the world's leading brands. Collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and client teams, you will uncover vital insights that inform design decisions, ensuring our solutions are deeply rooted in user understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess research needs for new and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate research activities and deliverables alongside cross-functional teams.
- Employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods, including stakeholder interviews, user interviews, usability testing, persona development, customer journey mapping (CJM), and card sorting.
- Create interview scripts and usability test plans.
- Develop screening criteria and lead user recruitment for interviews, usability studies, and card sorting sessions.
- Conduct user research both remotely and in person.
- Analyze, synthesize, and summarize qualitative and quantitative findings.
- Identify misalignments and assist in solidifying product vision and stakeholder outcomes.
- Pinpoint user pain points, attitudes, and behaviors to enhance the design process.
- Deliver actionable insights to support design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present research findings and recommendations to external stakeholders engagingly and clearly.
