About The Role:
We are seeking an Email Support Specialist who has experience in non-voice customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in: CRM tools, email support, and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
- Able to work across multiple time zones.
- Adherence to the designated shift timings: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM IST, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate.
