YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Lead the entire sales process, from proactive outreach (calls, emails, chats) to converting incoming inquiries and closing sales.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by thoroughly understanding customer needs and providing expert product knowledge that transforms prospects into loyal Members.
- Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce for a transparent, high-performance pipeline and accurate sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lively pop-ups and local activations, ensuring exceptional brand experiences at every touchpoint.
- Develop creative strategies to attract and qualify high-intent leads on-site, seamlessly integrating them into the sales funnel.
- Foster relationships with local businesses and community organizations to identify new joint marketing opportunities.
- Act as the on-site expert at key retail partner locations, facilitating engaging product trials and enhancing in-store conversions.
- Create detailed reports showcasing the ROI of your events and sales strategies through innovative and strategic lenses.
