Your primary responsibility will be to engage with guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner, creating memorable experiences that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Greet all guests warmly, making them feel as if they are coming to your own home.
- Manage the guest registration process, ensuring all information is accurately captured and updated as necessary.
- Verify credit and payment methods during check-in while providing necessary information about hotel services.
- Guide guests to various daily activities and events available in the hotel and surrounding areas.
- Document all guest requests and ensure timely follow-up on their completion.
- Monitor hotel inventory and house count to assess availability and pricing.
- Prepare and balance paperwork for shift closure.
- Promote special guest programs and engage in marketing efforts to attract visitors.
- Generate daily arrival reports, noting any special requests from guests.
- Handle the distribution of packages and mail for guests.
- Process accounts for departing guests and manage room key collection.
- Confirm full payment upon check-out.
- Communicate effectively and clearly convey ideas.
- Make prompt decisions between alternative actions accurately.
