Your Mission
As a Compensation Partner at UiPath, your role will be instrumental in crafting and executing competitive compensation strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier talent across our global landscape. Collaborating closely with HR leadership and key stakeholders in our Product and Engineering departments, you will develop data-driven compensation programs that align with our business goals while ensuring fairness and market competitiveness. Your expertise will be crucial in solidifying UiPath's status as an employer of choice in the rapidly evolving tech industry.
What You'll Do at UiPath
Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive compensation programs that support our global talent strategy and business objectives.
Act as a Compensation Business Partner for our Product, Engineering, and Corporate teams.
Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to ensure our compensation packages are competitive across all regions.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to create tailored compensation packages for new hires and promotions.
Assist with annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity refreshes.
Establish and uphold compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
Provide expert advice to managers and executives on compensation-related decisions and challenges.
Collaborate with HRIS teams to enhance compensation systems and reporting capabilities.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in compensation, ideally within the technology sector.
Exceptional analytical skills with a strong proficiency in compensation methodologies and tools.
