Role Overview:
We are in search of a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation Partner to join our Total Rewards team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Compensation, this individual contributor will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate exceptional talent. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of compensation structures, with a strong emphasis on job architecture and market analytics, and approaches challenges with a data-driven perspective to inform business decisions.
