Your Role
Epic Games is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support our HR and Recruiting teams. In this role, you will serve as a compensation consultant to the business, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Coordinators, and Recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to HR Partners and Recruiters on compensation programs and address concerns regarding promotion adjustments, new hire offers, and job evaluations.
- Act as the primary contact for compensation-related queries and issues, collaborating with the People Team.
- Lead compensation initiatives by undertaking projects, including conducting market compensation analysis, administering compensation programs (broad-based, executive, LTI, STI), and developing training materials for HR Partners, Recruiters, and Leaders.
- Utilize market data and analytics to support compensation decisions for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal and local laws and regulations such as FLSA, identifying areas of noncompliance and formulating corrective action plans.
- Contribute to additional projects within HR Operations to further develop a world-class HR infrastructure.
