Your Responsibilities:
As a Helpende Plus, you will assist residents with their daily care needs and contribute to a pleasant and safe living environment. You will make a significant impact by helping residents where needed while also encouraging them to maintain as much independence as possible.
Our vision is: “Every day as pleasant as possible.” In practice, this means asking the right questions: What do you want? What can you do yourself? Where do you need my assistance? This way, you help residents to maintain their autonomy.
Your Role Includes:
- Assisting residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating and drinking;
- Supporting with household tasks within the home;
- Encouraging residents to do as much for themselves as possible;
- Contributing, with your colleagues, to a warm and familiar atmosphere;
- Identifying changes in residents' well-being and discussing them with your colleagues.
In addition, as a Helpende Plus, you will also carry out some basic nursing tasks, such as administering medication.
