Position Overview:
We are excited to invite a dedicated Community Manager to join our team at Carson Farms, a thriving 157-unit community in Delaware, Ohio. In this pivotal role, you will identify and address the evolving needs of our residents and oversee the onsite team to achieve operational and budgetary goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a keen understanding of community needs concerning facilities and operational performance.
- Partnering with the Recruiter and Regional Manager for effective recruitment and interviewing of candidates.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and supervision to leasing and maintenance teams, setting performance objectives.
- Establishing a framework for site-level meetings to ensure consistent communication across teams.
- Acting as the primary decision-maker for resident feedback and concerns.
- Utilizing Ackermann Group's property management software to assess and manage occupancy and financial performance.
- Collaborating with leadership to implement and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure efficient maintenance operations, including unit turnover, grounds upkeep, and service requests.
- Managing capital expenditure projects at the site level in conjunction with the leadership team.
- Demonstrating versatility by performing various tasks as needed to meet operational demands and ensure high service levels.
- Assuming other responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager.
