With nearly $100 million in funding, we are expanding our footprint in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, collaborating with premier health systems such as the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our commercial team in Australia. You will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Account Executives (AEs) through the entire go-to-market process, from generating leads to executing complex deals, while also shaping the strategy and culture of our commercial operations.
This hands-on leadership position requires someone who can mentor, support, and guide deals of various sizes, remove barriers, think innovatively, and cultivate a performance-oriented culture that embodies the spirit of 'Heidi': bold, swift, inquisitive, and focused on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and nurture a team of SDRs, BDRs, and AEs across Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMB), Mid-Market, and Enterprise (non-hospital).
Facilitate high-energy weekly activities: pipeline reviews, forecasting, call coaching, outbound labs, and deal strategy sessions.
Foster a creative, experimental culture of continuous improvement—the 'Heidi Way'.
Recruit and onboard new talent as we continue to grow across Australia.
Sales Execution & Deal Support
Collaborate closely with AEs to navigate and close both simple and complex deals.
Engage in deal cycles with executive presence, commercial acumen, and the ability to maintain momentum.
Advise teams on pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and success planning.
Ensure high forecasting accuracy and drive predictable, sustainable revenue growth.
