Job Objective
As the Commercial Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy that integrates planning, methodology installation, data analysis, and the development of new opportunities. You will enhance coordination between sales, marketing, merchandising, and finance, ensuring that the company's creative growth is supported by structure, focus, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Structuring the Commercial Model
- Design and implement a formal annual and quarterly commercial planning system, defining clear goals and priorities for each business line. Establish processes and standards for tracking that reduce reactive operations, organize the commercial pipeline, and professionalize the management of opportunities and projects.
Installing Commercial Methodologies
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for each business line, including sales, margins, conversion, retention, MRR, CAC, churn, ARPU, among others. Conduct market research. Implement a periodic reporting and analysis system, incorporating profitability assessments before and after events and projects. Work closely with finance to ensure economic sustainability and results focus.
- Align long-term booking with the commercial strategy.
Leading and Aligning the Commercial Team
- Strengthen the commercial team by promoting clarity in roles, goals, and performance. Strategically coordinate with marketing to ensure coherence between positioning, communication, and commercial results, establishing structure while maintaining creative agility.
Enhancing Revenue Streams
- Strengthen and implement a digital subscription model that establishes an effective conversion funnel, encompassing all business units of Estudios Neverland.
- Diversify and develop new opportunities.
