Your Role:
We are seeking a strategic and commercially savvy Sales Manager to head one of our Austin-based sales teams. In this pivotal position, you will guide a group of sales professionals dedicated to driving revenue growth within our US Commercial accounts (organizations with fewer than 1,000 employees), as well as Federal and SLED entities. To succeed, you must exhibit strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and the capability to encourage collaboration among marketing, product, and customer success teams to create a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

Your Responsibilities at Redgate:
· Provide daily leadership, support, and coaching for a team of seven sales professionals.
· Implement go-to-market strategies for the assigned territories to drive revenue growth in alignment with company objectives.
· Promote a data-driven culture by leveraging analytics and key performance indicators to evaluate and improve sales team performance.
· Build and maintain a sustainable product sales pipeline to achieve projected revenue targets.
· Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns that generate leads and enhance customer engagement.
