Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with existing and prospective corporate rental accounts to understand their needs and drive vehicle rental volume through our Long-Term Rental Program.
- Initiate contact with small and mid-sized business leads via cold calling and various outreach methods.
- Oversee a portfolio of business and corporate accounts, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales and customer service objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with Long-Term Rental Program clients.
- Analyze market potential, track rental volume, and maintain status reports.
- Monitor key rental metrics, including quarterly volume results and annual performance reports.
- Propose actions to enhance Long-Term Rental business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously refine program guidelines based on feedback and development initiatives.
- Report on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive landscape, and new opportunities to management.
- Gain insights into operations, with opportunities for career advancement.
