Typical Day for Our Agents:
- Engaging in new business development through client outreach, including making over 60 cold calls daily, attending meetings, and participating in industry events
- Advising clients on their investment real estate objectives related to valuations, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Conducting thorough analyses of client properties, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV) and market comparisons
- Staying informed about local market conditions and industry trends
- Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
- Building and nurturing new client relationships, while networking with industry professionals
- Negotiating exclusive listing agreements and purchase contracts
- Participating in top-tier training sessions and continuous skill development workshops
