We are currently looking for a driven and commercially focused Network Manager for the BeNeFra region. This pivotal role will report directly to the Commercial Director - Europe and be part of a dynamic team making impactful commercial decisions within our fuel division across Belgium, Netherlands, and France. Our goal is to establish the leading independent fuel card network in Europe, and your expertise in building and nurturing network partnerships will be crucial to that vision.
You will have the flexibility to work from any of our offices located in Belgium, Netherlands, or France, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Expect to travel approximately three days a week, primarily within France.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Expanding our fuel partner network by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new partners to enhance the Radius own-brand proposition.
- Managing and developing existing network partnerships to boost fuel volumes, maximize value, and drive collaborative commercial initiatives.
- Supporting senior leadership, including the Commercial Director, by fostering strategic relationships with key oil company partners.
- Monitoring competitive network developments to uncover gaps, opportunities, and risks in the BeNeFra markets.
- Collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure an exceptional partner experience and deliver seamless customer service.
- Providing insightful commercial analysis to senior management, identifying opportunities, performance trends, and areas of risk to facilitate informed decision-making.
