Implementation
As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transforming new customers into proficient users of Brex. You will lead the onboarding process for companies adopting Brex Empower, facilitating their transition from outdated practices to a modern, employee-centric approach. This multifaceted role requires strong customer empathy, project management skills, technical know-how, process design capabilities, and change management expertise. We take personal responsibility for our customers' long-term success, ensuring they have everything they need to be lifelong partners with Brex. In this capacity, you will build trust as a strategic advisor, drive solutions assertively, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless adoption.
What You’ll Do
As an Implementation Consultant, you will guide and support customers to ensure a successful launch of Brex, promoting widespread adoption and ongoing business value. Your role will encompass coaching, project management, consulting, and product expertise, all geared towards enhancing our customers' financial workflows with Brex.
Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Vancouver office, which offers a hybrid work environment that combines the dynamism of in-office interactions with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require two coordinated days in the office each week (Wednesday and Thursday). Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in-office (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). As an added benefit, team members can enjoy up to four weeks of fully remote work annually!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify their business needs and challenges, coaching them on how to effectively utilize Brex to address these issues.
- Play a significant role in defining project scopes and objectives, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
