At Peakz Padel, events and partnerships are vital to our commercial growth strategy. From our Amsterdam headquarters, our Events Team (currently 2 FTE) is actively engaged in organizing various B2B events at our clubs in the Netherlands and Germany. These range from corporate tournaments and community events to children’s parties, with approximately 75 requests received weekly and numerous events executed successfully. Once an event is commercially and organizationally planned, the operational implementation is handed off to the clubs.
To further professionalize and scale this segment, we aim to achieve:
- Consistent growth in the number of commercial events.
- Expansion of offerings directed at the corporate market.
- Professionalization of events, including club openings, partner events, and internal activations.
- Maximizing strategic value from partnerships through impactful brand activations.
We are currently seeking a Commercial Events & Partnership Manager to lead us into the next phase of growth. As the Commercial Events & Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this transition. While the Chief Commercial Officer holds primary responsibility for contracts, you will be the strategic owner of the partnerships once deals are finalized.
