Guild is seeking a Commercial Enablement Manager to empower our Employer Partner Services (Account Management) team. This team is dedicated to managing Guild’s most significant strategic partners. The Account Management group is responsible for overseeing client health and performance, directly influencing renewals, growth, and profitability. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner to the Employer Partner Services team, collaborating cross-functionally to design and implement comprehensive enablement programs while assessing their effectiveness.
As a Commercial Enablement Manager, you will need to exhibit strong strategic thinking, prioritization, program management, and design skills, along with the ability to work effectively across various teams within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a strategic advisor to Employer Partner Services leaders in shaping training and development strategies focused on knowledge and skill enhancement.
- Exhibiting a solid grasp of technical knowledge and account management skills, empowering teams with the expertise necessary to meet client needs, manage escalations, and drive renewals and expansions.
