Job Title: Commercial Development Advisor
Salary: up to £23,805 per annum (pro rata)
Hours per week: 35 hours per week
Location: At IOSH, we champion a hybrid working model to promote work-life balance and nurture our collaborative culture. You will be required to work at our head office in Wigston, Leicester for a minimum of 2 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), with the remainder of your hours completed from home.
The successful candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Contract: 6 months FTC

About the Role:
As a Commercial Development Advisor, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Development Administration team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the organization. Your role involves guiding customers and team members through the application, approval, and licensing processes for training providers and trainers, as well as the IOSH for Business setup. You will collaborate with the sales teams on Tailored Course Approvals and Instructional Design agreements. Utilizing various communication tools, such as email, phone, and team meetings, you will ensure adherence to policies and processes in a timely and accurate manner. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will significantly impact both internal and external stakeholders.
Each day will present a diverse and engaging workload, making a real difference for our customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will take ownership of customer inquiries related to IOSH procedures, criteria, and training products while providing responsive administrative support. Additionally, you will address issues to facilitate exciting projects, such as the rollout of digital platforms for workbooks and certification. Outgoing calls to customers may also be required to ensure they have everything necessary for the development of their course portfolio.
