Your Responsibilities
Facilitate Deal Closures
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, focusing on go-to-market and sales transactions, including enterprise contracts, Master Service Agreements, service agreements, and security provisions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to expedite deal execution and drive revenue growth.
- Streamline procurement cycles while maintaining prudent risk management.
- Assist with contract renewals, expansions, and high-stakes customer negotiations.
- Clearly and practically structure risk allocation related to AI.
Develop the Commercial Engine
- Create scalable contract templates and fallback strategies.
- Identify trends in contract redlines and proactively enhance contract strategies.
- Design approval workflows that are in sync with our sales momentum.
- Monitor and enhance legal metrics related to deal closures.
- Participate in audits and diligence requests.
- Stay abreast of legal developments impacting AI technologies.
