Your Responsibilities
You will provide care with attention and compassion, always respecting the autonomy of the resident. By asking the right questions – What do you want? What can you do yourself? What do you need from me or others? – you will help them maintain their independence and dignity.

If you seek additional challenges alongside your caregiving duties, the role of Coordinating Caregiver IG at BrabantZorg may be ideal for you. In this position, you will not only perform caregiving tasks but also take on a coordinating and coaching role within the team. You will oversee the quality of care and align care processes. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between the team and other disciplines, serving as the point of contact for the client's network.
We operate on a fixed basic schedule, but your preferences are a priority. Do you prefer to start later to take your children to school, or do you like a more relaxed morning? Or do you prefer longer shifts? We are happy to accommodate your needs!
