FutureSight is seeking a dynamic and visionary Co-Founder and CEO to guide HawkAI, an innovative autonomous voice and messaging assistant designed specifically for logistics teams. The logistics sector, valued at over $26 billion, is currently burdened by excessive manual communication. Freight brokers, carriers, and warehouses engage in thousands of calls and emails daily.
HawkAI revolutionizes this process by autonomously managing over 90% of routine communications, including track-and-trace calls, load status updates, and shipment confirmations. This allows human teams to concentrate on critical exceptions and nurturing customer relationships.
As the Founding CEO, you will:
- Acquire and retain customers — Implement pilot programs, refine pricing strategies, and validate retention and expansion efforts.
- Lead product development — Collaborate closely with the FutureSight product and engineering team to launch Version 1 of the product.
- Secure funding — Spearhead the initial seed funding round.
- Assemble your team — Recruit your founding team and establish a strong cultural foundation for the organization.
