The Platform Auth team is dedicated to realizing our vision of a unified customer identity by equipping our engineering teams with the tools, processes, and expertise required to create a seamless access management experience. We invite talented engineers to become part of our expanding team!
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and collaborate with other engineering teams on authentication, authorization, audit logging, and monitoring solutions.
- Provide a secure and user-friendly access experience for customers and internal users, incorporating support for SAML, SCIM, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
- Guarantee that resources are assigned appropriate authorization levels that are both secure and comprehensible for users and developers.
- Capture events for analysis and present them to internal teams and customers as needed.
- Work alongside engineering teams to comprehend database access management patterns, offering guidance for security enhancements and usability improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish integration patterns for third-party systems, focusing on developing common frameworks for secure credential management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security and compliance frameworks, such as NIST.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation to assist other teams in onboarding and integrating with identity and access management systems.
- Respond to on-call escalations regarding the identity and access management platform.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, emphasizing complex system design and development.
