• Prepare participants for study visits, monitor dosing sessions alongside another facilitator, and support post-session therapeutic integration. Create a safe and supportive environment for participants during research procedures. Depending on qualifications, serve as either a lead or co-facilitator during clinical sessions.
• Administer and score the Montgomery–Åsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) and other clinician-administered assessments. Conduct participant assessments for trials such as OPTIMIZE and CHILL’D.
• Engage in specialized training related to MADRS and other trial-related assessment tools.
• Attend team meetings to address operational challenges and propose solutions to the study team. Aid in problem resolution efforts, including protocol revisions.
• Collect and document research data, conduct interviews, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of participant information.
• Follow all institutional and regulatory guidelines regarding confidentiality and ethical conduct.
