As a registered professional clinical nurse (RN) within the NMH framework for practice, you will be accountable for providing and coordinating clinically competent, evidence-based care for a designated group of patients. This includes responsibilities for diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will follow the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and engage in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes.
