At ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement), we're transforming autism care through a collaborative and clinician-led approach. We focus on supporting young autistic children aged 18 months to 6 years using a neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) methodology in our clinical services. As a Clinical Director, you will play an essential role in guiding our clinical team to provide high-quality services to children and their families.
About the Role
You'll manage the daily operations of our Weston clinic, develop and mentor a skilled team of clinicians, and ensure our services uphold the gold standard of NDBI. This center-based position allows for a consistent Monday to Friday schedule—no evenings, weekends, or travel required.
Responsibilities
Oversee Clinic Operations: Manage day-to-day clinic functions, including supply orders, maintenance coordination, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for our clients.
Supervise & Support Clinical Staff: Provide training and supervision to BCBAs and Behavioral Therapists, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to NDBI methodology. Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions with BCBAs.
Support Clinical Excellence: Monitor clinical documentation and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Guide BCBAs in conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and delivering effective parent coaching.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to evaluate staffing and training needs and participate in team development initiatives.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and families to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
