Our flagship program, Bezuclastinib, is engineered to effectively and selectively inhibit exon 17 mutations within the KIT receptor tyrosine kinase, including the critical KIT D816V mutation. This mutation is a key driver of Systemic Mastocytosis, a rare and severe condition, and is also prevalent in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), which are heavily reliant on oncogenic KIT signaling. Bezuclastinib has demonstrated promising initial results in three clinical trials: APEX in AdvSM, SUMMIT in NonAdvSM, and PEAK in GIST, showcasing an encouraging safety profile across over 600 patients in both single-agent and combination dosing.
The Opportunity: As a Clinical Account Manager (CAM), you will play a vital role within our Customer Engagement Team, with the exciting possibility of launching Bezuclastinib across multiple indications in three distinct disease states. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets while leveraging all available resources tailored to meet our customers' needs through a comprehensive understanding of their requirements. Key behaviors for success in this role include collaboration, effective communication, strategic planning, relationship building, and the capability to execute tactical initiatives while providing timely feedback. The CAM will report directly to the Regional Business Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly support and manage territory accounts by fostering relationships with physicians, allied healthcare professionals (Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Pharmacists), and key business stakeholders (Office Practice Managers, Billers, etc.).
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the territory, including Opinion Leaders (OL) and other influencers, treatment and utilization trends, payer and reimbursement dynamics, as well as competitive opportunities and challenges.
Analyze business performance by creating and executing a comprehensive territory plan.
