Our flagship program, bezuclastinib, is engineered to selectively and effectively inhibit exon 17 mutations in the KIT receptor tyrosine kinase, including the KIT D816V mutation associated with Systemic Mastocytosis—a rare and serious condition. This mutation is also prevalent in patients suffering from gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), a cancer type heavily reliant on oncogenic KIT signaling. Bezuclastinib has shown encouraging initial results across three trials: APEX in AdvSM, SUMMIT in NonAdvSM, and PEAK in GIST, demonstrating a promising safety profile across over 600 patients receiving both single-agent and combination therapies.
The Opportunity: We are seeking a Clinical Account Manager (CAM) to join our Customer Engagement Team. This pivotal role offers the chance to potentially launch Bezuclastinib across multiple indications within three distinct disease states. The CAM will be responsible for achieving sales targets while leveraging all available resources, customizing strategies to meet customer needs through a profound understanding of their requirements. Success in this position hinges on strong collaboration, communication, planning, relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute tactical initiatives while providing timely feedback. The CAM will report directly to the Regional Business Director.
