THE ROLE:
We are on the lookout for a motivated and organized Client Success Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in government contracting, particularly in capture and proposal writing. In this pivotal role, you will guide customers through their initial engagement with the GovSignals platform and conduct onboarding sessions to ensure smooth adoption. You will be instrumental in educating users about the platform, enabling them to optimize their proposal development processes effectively.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working closely with clients and excel in an instructional or teaching role. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your sales acumen to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Your understanding of government contracting nuances, including capture and proposal management, will be crucial to our customers' success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead potential customers through the platform exploration phase, ensuring they understand and can implement the GovSignals tools into their workflows.
Facilitate onboarding sessions for new clients, offering training and support on software usage for government capture, proposal writing, and compliance.
Serve as the primary contact for customers during their exploration and onboarding phases, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Create structured onboarding materials and processes to enhance customer education.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist in developing training materials and workshops for users.
Utilize your understanding of government processes to aid customers in integrating GovSignals into their operations.
