Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for 20–30 active clients
- Conduct regular client check-ins, set expectations, and manage ongoing requests
- Identify potential risks early and implement proactive measures to prevent client churn
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Analyze and troubleshoot underperforming cold email campaigns
- Resolve deliverability issues, enhance list quality, and refine copy for better conversions
- Conduct quality checks on campaigns prior to launch to guarantee readiness and effectiveness
- Continuously optimize campaigns for improved measurable outcomes
Processes, Systems & Documentation
- Develop and update delivery documentation as the business scales
- Create adaptable playbooks that grow with our startup
- Monitor SLAs, client health metrics, and delivery standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the development team to address technical and infrastructure challenges
- Work alongside the outreach team for execution and optimization of campaigns
- Report directly to the founder on client health, potential risks, and overall delivery performance

Required Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated experience in client delivery, operations, or account management within a growing startup or early-stage company
- Background in cold email agencies, lead generation, or other fast-paced environments
- Hands-on knowledge of cold email strategies, copywriting, and deliverability best practices
