What does the role entail?
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Client Services Project Manager who will spearhead the successful implementation and delivery of client-focused projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline. In this pivotal role, you will manage intricate projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) and delivering tangible benefits to our enterprise clients. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure cohesive collaboration between internal and external teams to achieve project objectives.
How will you contribute?
- Oversee planning, execution, and tracking of projects.
- Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create comprehensive project plans.
- Communicate project goals, progress, and challenges effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and action items.
- Conduct evaluations post-project to assess outcomes.
