Position Overview
The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional follow-through and operational support to our Wealth Management team in meeting the needs of high-net-worth clients. In this role, you will significantly influence the client experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and administrative support for one or more Wealth Advisors, including answering incoming calls and email inquiries, scheduling, and collecting client data for ongoing service processes.
- Ensure that all documentation and procedures associated with client requests are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
